Design, synthesize, and characterize novel catalysts using sol-gel, Pechini, hydrothermal, ball milling, and other methods. Conduct catalytic reaction studies (activity, selectivity, stability). Operate reactors and perform kinetic investigations. Optimize reaction conditions for enhanced efficiency and sustainability. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and industrial partners. Prepare research reports, publications, and conference presentations.
Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Proven experience in heterogeneous catalysis and material synthesis. Strong knowledge of characterization techniques (spectroscopy, microscopy, adsorption methods). Ability to design and execute experiments with rigor and creativity. Excellent communication skills in English and French.
