As a Process Technician, you will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of industrial processes within CBS. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers in laboratory and pilot-scale environments. Key Responsibilities: 🧪 Operational Support: Implement and optimize separation techniques (flotation, leaching, ion exchange, flocculation, precipitation, membrane processes). ⚗️ Process Operations: Execute and monitor chemical and physical processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. 🔧 Maintenance & Monitoring: Conduct routine checks, sampling, equipment upkeep, and data collection. 🌱 Sustainability: Contribute to residue valorization and waste-to-value initiatives. 📊 Collaboration: Assist with research programs, maintain lab infrastructure, and support students and staff in trials and experiments.
Degree: Bachelor or Technical Diploma (BTS, DUT, DEUST or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. Knowledge of separation processes (flotation, leaching, precipitation, solvent extraction, ion flotation). Familiarity with lab safety protocols and good documentation practices. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication (French & English). Practical experience in phosphate processing or industrial operations is a plus.
